We took a side trip on our quest to discover artisan crafted products for our store. While we didn't find much for that purpose, we did get to see this beautiful Pueblo Magico. The zocalo, lined with restaurants and shops, has a beautifully maintained garden....More

The Zocalo is beautiful and charming. Many shops and restaurants surround the Plaza. Whenever we have been there the Plaza is full of families with children. The Plaza is part of the charm of Atlixco.

Average Mexican plaza ... not bad but not among the best. It has the normal passers by on the weekend but it is not particularly beautiful or a standout vs. other more ornate plazas in Mexico.
