This is one of the top-tier grand crus wineries south of Bordeaux. Excellent wines. Beautiful views of vineyards. A pecan tree given by Thomas Jefferson, who bought wine here, is on the grounds.

Chateau Carbonnieux is beautiful and offers fabulous vineyard views, peaceful environment and amazing staff. You will enjoy a visit to this Chateau and you will taste excellent wines. The Chateau is located very near to city of Bordeaux and is very easy to reach it.
