It was extemely wild, wet and windy when we visited but you could not fail to appreciate the stunning location. I imagine on a calm this would be a great location for sea kayaking. There is a small car park by the beach which costs...More

A lovely little bay with white sands. A perfect sheltered spot ideal for swimming or paddling. It is also a great spot for rock pooling especially just after the tide has gone out. On a lovely sunny day like today, it also makes a fantastic...More

We visited on a very wet day and spent an hour going through the rock pools. Views that will not be beaten anywhere in the world. Just beautiful.

The location is around 4 ½ miles from Acharacle if you take the single track B8044 just outside the village. The road itself is an interesting drive where you will pass one of those lonely looking red telephone boxes out in the middle of nowhere...More

Beautiful white sand beach with lots of rocks to climb and explore. Fairly easy stroll down to the sand from the little car park.

Visited this lovely compact little sandy beach whilst also visiting the neighbouring fisheries research facility. Super views and lovely spot to soak in the natural beauty of the Ardnamurchan area. Highly recommended.
