A must for Australian and British visitors to the Somme. Great beer and meals. The café is decorated with Australian and British memorabilia and the host Dominique is only too obliging to help with enquiries. The back room is also a tribute to the Australian...More

Used the Tommy for an evening meal . Nice choice of food and drinks . Lots to keep you occupied . The museum out the back of the Tommy is worth a visit as well.

Tea, fish and chips, all the comforts of home. Add to this the reconstructed small trench area and the fascinating museum of artefacts and you've got an unmissable place to visit!

The food was pretty good. Nothing spectacular but enough to fill the void in your tummy The toilets were filthy and there was no toilet paper at all.

As well as being a café with a menu of simple and freshly cooked dishes, there is also a museum which though small is very memorable.

Stopped off first for coffee. It was stale and expensive. Then lunch which was poor. The place has a bit of a captive audience with so many battlefield tourists passing through. But it is not good and any competition would surely beat it! Another 10...More

A must see if visiting the Somme battlefields. Dominic has put together a collection of relics that is quite truly unique. Outdoors various trench scenes have been recreated and there is a wall of 12,000 shell cases! The internal museum is crammed full of fascinating...More
