It would be nice to have someone there for most of the day to explain what's happening in the wildlife arena. You get the opportunity to view Bald eagles and an abundance of bird life. Patience may afford you the opportunity to see a few alligators....More

I enjoy the short trail but wished it was a bit longer. It is longer than the Fenney Trail which opened in the southern section of The Villages but wished it was a few miles. Nevertheless it is a relaxing place to be where one...More

As others have noted, this is not a large wildlife preserve area. It is, however, a rather charming one, with an overlook stand for viewing and boardwalks which extend out over the water for a nice 'loop'. You may see birds or water creatures, perhaps...More

It's only a short walk down the boardwalk, and you can enjoy the peace of the preserve. Watch birds, enjoy the view. You can spend 10 minutes and soak in much of the view, or linger longer. A nice short excursion.
