I recently visited the Orange Tree Theatre for a performance of ‘The Humble Boy’. It was my first visit and the small, intimate theatre in the round, enthralled me. It was comfortable, well managed and a really tremendous venue for an excellent evening’s entertainment. Highly...More

After many years of living in the area we made the much promised trip to the Orange Tree Theatre and were not disappointed. Conveniently located in the heart of Richmond-Upon-Thames, across the Road from Richmond mainline and tube station. The staff were welcoming and friendly...More

I have frequented this wonderful little theatre, many many times. It is a smaller stage than most other theatres but that adds to the intimate atmosphere. The actors very often enter the stage from different parts of the theatre, which again adds to an air...More

We have been going to Orange Tree for a few years now and are never disappointed. Their shows are of amazing quality, even beating some things we've seen in the West End. High recommend the Under 30 tickets for £12, a real bargain! Small intimate...More

This was our first trip to this theatre to see a favourite singer interpret Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen. Barb admitted to having a cold but if she managed that performance with a cold, what would she have been like in fine fettle? The theatre...More

Second time at the Orange Tree & another wonderful evening. French Without Tears was excellent. Little places like this need support but you will not be dissapointed. Combine with an overnight stay, plenty of lovely restaurants to chose from.

Amazingly good performances from the two young actors tonight, with a very inventive and humorous script that never flagged for a second. And the use of props was also exceptionally creative - overall a gem of a play! Very highly recommended for all ages -...More
