Called in for real ale on seeing the signs advertising all the ales available. Great find ! Quirky place, great atmosphere and a good choice of real ales. Really enjoyed just sitting chatting and tasting the beer. Great find and will definitely be back .

Called in with my husband for a quick drink after we'd been shopping. The bar staff are consistently friendly in here and happy to let you have a taster of any of the draft beers. Would recommend at any time.

The Tap and Bottles is my favourite pub in Southport town centre, a good selection of beers, well looked after and regularly varied and surprisingly for a place that is obviously centred around the beer drinker, some very nice wines for the missus. The staff...More

They serve a large selection of craft ales in cans and bottles and a selection of keg beers and excellent wines, i don't think they sell Hobgoblin which is more mainstream /supermarket but i may be wrong.
