This is Southport's redeeming quality. Lovely in flower and good for a long gentle walk. Children's play area was busy as was the cafe neither of which we used but the rest was peaceful and pretty.

Lovely place to visit and spend a couple of hours strolling through the beautiful park and feeding the ducks and other wild life. There is also a excellent café serving cakes, teas etc at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

It has a gym trail that you might find in most parks, all equipment was working last time I was there and it proved fun to do whilst enjoying the parks other attractions. Hope you enjoy it.
