You will have more success riding the back of a hound dog than riding a greyhound and getting to your destination on time. The bathroom was filthy. No available on hand staff or drivers. Two delays exceeding 12 hours.

I totally sympathize! I’ve written a review saying basically the same thing (except for the English language part) everyone I spoke to spoke and understood English. They were just so TOTALLY clueless about customer service!!
