Poor facilities

I have been a frequent visitor with sometimes up to 4 children at one time for the last 10 years.
The rink, music and lighting is good but the toilets are shocking! There has been no latches on the toilet cubicles for months now and one toilet has a large hole in the wall, so anyone using the toilet can be seen by others in the wash area. One has to hold the door closed with one hand otherwise the door swings open and both cubicles are the same. I noticed during my visit today a sign on the wall telling patrons that new locks were on order, these toilets have been like this for months!!! Come on whose ever in charge, this is not good enough!

Great Indoor Activity

I have taken my boys here many times.
My son had his birthday party here with his friends. They loved it, even though he did get a blister due to the skates rubbing and he was skating for a long time. It is good value for money and something to do on a rainy day.

It's a good place for the kids to skate for a couple of hours. However, the two staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting to each other than helping customers. The skates were falling apart. The toilets were dirty. It's located at the back of an arcade with no signs pointing to it, so you just have to wander around 'till you find it. I don't think it's worth a return trip.

My daughter loves Rollers. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The roller skating surface is very smooth. It’s good value for money at £3.50 for an hour. Last time we came they told us they were going to be doing up the toilets up but nothing has changed, they are very warn out with broken door catches and holes in the walls.

Fantastic place to take the kids......just dirty!

Took my 3 children here it wasn’t busy at all. The place desperately needs a deep clean though, all wood areas are thick with grime! All round the edge of the rink, supporting pillars and the toilet corridor! I dread to think of all the bacteria lurking there! The ladies toilets awful. A big hole allowing people to look through and a lock that a 4 year old cannot use unaided! The sign says it all really! They must have had poor kids in there screaming they can’t get out because they can’t read the sign! The place itself is a great location and is fantastic for the kids! They would certainly benefit a deep clean and spending a few hundred pounds sorting the toilet out!

Fun way to pass couple of hours

Spent a few hours here on a rainy half term day with a 12 year old and 5 year old (first time skater). Both enjoyed themselves and wasn't busy so plenty of space on the rink. My only improvement would be more advice and assistance for the less able, I asked if they had any tips as youngest could not even stand let alone skate but staff didn't really offer much assistance but recommend for pre-teens as good way to burn off energy
