This pub is a must if you travel to/through Wolverhampton. They are constantly looking for rare interesting ales. Owners and staff take good time talking to you about ales if you happen to be intrested. And perhaps you also might be invited to the cellar!

Proper pub set in of of the towns oldest buildings, with good choice of real ales and bar snacks with cheese cobs at £1. regular events such as beer festivals, poker nights, quiz nights, brewery trips etc. Have won several pub awards recently too.

As the title says. None better. Always 10 real ale pulls of quality ales at sensible prices. Bring your own food, I kid you not. Plates and cutlery provided. Cobs, pork pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs etc available always. Love this place.

Very cheerful barmaid who had no qualms about me sampling the Stout. I settled for the Farmers one and although it wasn't as good as Tontine Stout, it was still refreshing. I was pleasantly surprised about the price of cobs (£1), very inexpensive. The manager...More
