Spent most of Friday night in there as the live music playing that night was rather good... Czech lager on draft, really friendly bar staff, and the locals aren’t to bad either! Would recommend a visit in the evening, just for the live sounds.

Called in having seen a notice saying there was an open Mike night on. There was a good selection of beers etc, and the crowd ranged from late teens to the over sixties. The evening started with a set by a local band (who were...More

Stayed in Scarborough for the weekend, and went here both nights. A comfortable atmosphere, friendly bar staff, and decent beers made for a good visit. There was also live music on the Friday night.

Walked in, and only one real ale was for sale. Atmosphere was awful. Felt like a scout hut. Had high hopes for this place, but soon left and went elsewhere.

Pop in most live band nights, bar staff brilliant and the real ale and ciders brill, the pub is not large but the atmosphere is good.
