We keep coming back as we do love this place. There is a house gardens and deer park so lots to see a great day out. The gardens are lovely lots to see and plenty of room for kids to run about and have picnics....More

A country house with great walks around a thriving deer park The trouble is that it costs £7 to park and then a further £9 each to visit the house, the coffee shop is no less expensive serving very average food and drinks

Even on a rainy cold day good venue to visit. Cafe good value would recommend cheese scones. Small walk to house which is fantastic if you like historical venues. In every room national trust staff provide an excellent in site into lives, people and living...More

No but there is seating just outside where you can eat food from the cafe with dogs

Yes, there is a car parking fee of £7 - this includes entry to the park. Additional fees apply for entry to the house and/or garden. Entry to the car park and house/garden is free for National Trust members.
