We drove to the lookout ourselves. The road is mostly one lane with many less than safe pullouts to use for oncoming traffic. May seem normal for the locals but nothing like roads back home. Heard busses make this trip...cannot imagine meeting one on this...More

The platform is simply incredible!!! When you look down, wow~ am I really standing at this height!? The view is so amazing and beautiful, you can see the mountain, water and houses, it just like a painting. The air was fresh and it energised me....More

A worthwhile stop on the snow road. The viewing platform enhances the view, is free and is child safe. In the summer it's an easy drive as long as you can cope with passing other vehicles.

It's a must site when you are in flåm area. Don't miss it. If you are with your car take the road up to the mountain a lot of snow!!
