Nice event to watch, takes place daily a 1:30pm. You also have some great views of Oslo from outside the palace as it is on top of a hill.

We were going to walk past the palace any way but luckily for us it coincided with changing of the guards. It was fab to watch all the movements done with precision. Definitely worth seeing if you are around

It may not be as impressive an event as the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace in London but the the martial bearing of the soldiers was nevertheless very impressive to see.

It's not quite London's changing of the guard. But an ok event to see. The guards here will talk to you and move about alot.
