I wasn't able to spend much time here, but the time I spent here was well worth my tine to find St. Olav's Catholic Church. It was very well taken care of and I was happy to spend some time in here to pray before...More
Visited here recently and was blown away by this Church. A quiet, free to enter, Church.
So calm inside. Very busy on the day I visited but still a lovely calm atmosphere inside.
Very big inside and welcoming too. An amazing pulpit too.
Having just toured Asia, I was used to doing mass in foreign tongues. So when given the opportunity to go to the early mass in Polish as opposed to waiting for a mass in English, I chose to soak up some eastern European culture instead....More

Saturday evening mass at St. Olav's is at 6 p.m. On Saturday evenings. The number 37 bus (toward Nadalen) stops right beyond the church and you walk down the hill to it. These buses run quite often. We catch the bus to the church in Sentrum (center city), right outside the shopping mall called Oslo City...there is a giant sign on top..can't miss it.
