We where loving the visit to Henie Onstad and the presentatino of Marina Abramović. It is located close to the sea and you also need to spend som time to walk by the sea side.

A great museum located outside Oslo. I always feel like this museum is somewhat equivalent to Louisiana outside Copenhagen - they certainly often seem to share the same exhibitions. The musem does however lack some warmth and style, meaning, I find the interior architect all...More

The museum is set in beautiful surroundings on the southwestern outskirts of Oslo. The nearby Veritas park and the walk there along the coastline is worth a while

Henie Onstad Kunstsenter is very nice locatet at Høvikodden with beautiful surroundings. The gallery has lots of different and interesting exhibitions. There is a Bølgen & Moi restaurant in the building so great to combine with lunch/dinner!

Interesting but far! You can reach this gallery by bus, but it's not very fast. Is better to go there in the summer, not in the winter, cause then you can see all exposition, also outside and only inside. There is very beautiful fjord view...More

This museum has a lot of variety, many of the worlds well known artists lice Picasso, Dali and Moore (english), sculptures as well as painting and others. Bring your kids, they have a kids room as well.
