As with many others, we were sold tickets to this performance on the street. Although deeply sceptical, once the guy was prepared to sell us 1 ticket for 32 Euros and give us a second one for free (allegedly worth a total of 84 Euros)...More

If you see a nice person on the street dressed in traditional costume approaching you talking your language and offering tickets for this performance, get away from them!!! It's the worst experience in Vienna. They say there's ballet (only a couple dancing in 2 square...More

As it has happened to other people, we were also sold tickets outside the Cathedral... as other people have said probably a tourist trap, I wish we had read some reviews before going for it. It was ok... but not the best. We also went...More

Totally oversold by a guy outside the Cathedral. Thought we were getting a good deal for €32 to see a Vienna concert, little did we know it was a 5 piece violin band with a grumpy lady up front. We were forced to check in...More

It was one of typical tourist- tailored shows. Overall one hour performance including very short music, ballet dancing & opera singing. Am big ballet dancing fan but all in my mind was the dancers filthy dirty shoes. Don't know what they sang in opera so...More

Total tourist trap, expensive, worthless. They sell the show as if it is in a huge hall but it is a lousy small room. They make you pay 1,5 euro per piece for very piece of jacket you have. Student show. Scandalous! At all costs...More

Beware. Tourist trap. Sold as a larger performance. Made to use the cloak room....and pay! Money grab! Musicians were good. Dancers and singers were not. Left at intermission.

Should have known better - don’t waste your money. Cheesy show - advertised to be in a theater but it is a twenty foot stage with folding chairs

I got caught for a ticket and was tempted as price was knocked down. Doors open at 7.30 and you have to leave a coat and pay! Even the opera house did not charge for this. Seats comfortable. Music was fine. I had to leave...More

After using the tourist brain and being talked into parting with a fair amount of cash to attend the concert, ballet and Strauss recital.... then reading the reviews we wish we hadnt! The severe cloakroom staff took 1.50 euro to mind our coats as others...More
