We literally stumbled on this precious place while wondering and were instantly stunned at the immense history. It was quiet and each section a feast in detail to soak it.

Rather like most of the other churches in Vienna from the outside, the Jesuit Church certainly deserves a visit. Baroque splendour throughout!

My guide who was actually taught by Jesuit priests growing up in Vienna took me here. The Baroque style painting on the Ceilings are just amazing just as much as the church itself. Very Beautiful church!!

Completely over the top! But don't miss it! So much marble in a huge range of colours. Wonderful woodwork and a particularly fantastic pulpit. But just too much! The exterior is lovely, quite simple, giving no indication of the decor inside.

Not another church may be the cry as you walk around Vienna, but this Jesuit sect inspired interior is worth checking out.

Being educated by the Jesuits - I always look for the church when visiting a city. Well worth the walk. Organist was practicing when I was there and added to the experience.
