The factory is open Monday to Thursday. The time it is opened is varied so must check before you go. We missed the tour of the working factory. We did see their small collection of lovely artistic pieces from this factory. One can also buy...More

Either with or without the factory tour, the museum is worth a visit. Everything well-described, German/English, opened new in 2010. History of porcelain, old and new creations.
