thank you for your request. I do for groups with a maximum of 30 People. 40 People in one lesson would be to much harm the Quality of the experience. So I would split the group in two classes. For instants I start with the first group at 11:00am til 12:30pm and the second from 1pm till 2:30 pm. Dinner Time would be also possible.
