Any church on the top of a mountain has to be a tourist draw, but also a pilgrimage destination. This church is certainly worth the journey and the visit.

This is a great side trip to do in Linz. The church itself is very nice with a beautiful painted ceiling and alter. The best part of the trip was taking the tram car up to the top. Look for the #50 tram which is...More

A nice church with amazing views over the city. Not so easy to see the dome due poor lighting but that may be to protect the frescos.

It's not only a place for religious pilgrims but for everybody who likes a contemplative power spot. You have 3 options to go there: hike up, the tram called Pöstlingbergbahn or by car. Parking is available and free of charge.

Perfect setting and the perfect view of the city of Linz. One gets serene feeling and contemplative.place. The adornment is nice and the figures nicely carved, the totality of the interior is admirable.

The church itself is a destination for pilgrims, but is not in itself overly remarkable. This is still a great destination for anyone in Linz. Take the special tram up the hill and enjoy the walking trails and view. There is an attraction for families...More
