We had an unbelievable time thanks to the amazing Edith who was our tour guide. She told us some amazing folk tales and her humour was amazing. My favorite joke was what happens when you throw a rock into the red lake?? it gets wet. She also knew thousands of interesting facts like there are 80,000 horses and lockers open... More

My husband and I went one of the day tours where we saw Þingvellir, Geysir, Gullfoss, and Secret Lagoon. Every location is beautiful, but I really wish we had had at least 15 min more at Þingvellir and maybe less at Geysir. We really loved our guide. We especially loved hearing Icelandic music between locations.

Guide to Iceland put a nice itinerary together for my friend and me. They book your hotels, rental car, and Blue Lagoon entrance. They provide GPS coordinates that you can easily plug into the GPS to get you to your destinations. The tour REALLY takes you to the highlights of the country. They provide you plenty of time each day... More

After taking few tours around Iceland we came to the conclusion that Iceland is simply AMAZING. We got the whole package, went on a Golden Circle tour, Snæfellsnes day tour and finished with the best of them all South Coast Elements tour. We contacted Guide to Iceland who arranged all those tours with Troll Expedition. Everything was very well organized... More

On the first day of our trip to Iceland (11th May), we did the Golden Circle and Kerid volcanic crater with Guide to Iceland. Our guide, Einar, was fantastic - lovely manner, great storyteller, and he went out of his way to create a special day for us, making sure that we got plenty of time at each of the... More

I was really looking forward to this day of our trip, and was not disappointed. My husband and I are both experienced riders, and we were given horses that really stepped out and needed no encouragement. We did the all day Viking tour, with lunch. The hot lunch was very good, and a welcome warm-up as the day was chilly... More

We chose to take a 7 day self-drive tour with Guide to Iceland in April. Overall a great trip to Iceland! It's a beautiful country and I would recommend everyone to go. The itinerary provided by Guide to Iceland was pretty good, but you have to do the research on your own if you want to really see the extra... More
