Kids loved the Easter themed activities but museum village couldn't really get 40+s excited. Fortunately a short walk back to the city centre via some tracks with signs that roughly translated mean "don't use this path in winter"...getting down the ice-laden steps was way more...More

Underwhelming experience. I know people reviewed that it was very informative but honestly, it was not worth it. I feel like I wasted 2 hours of my life that I will not get back.

this is a piece of Turku that was left after the big fire of Turku. Amazing place with tiny, old wooden houses and the history of Finland. I suggest. You can even find a post office from there and send postcards.

The place is almost the same that Turku was a 200 years ago. It's nice to walk on the streets and go in the some old houses.

There were many professions like carpenters, postmaster, bookbinder, blacksmith, potterimaker, seamstresses, candymaker and many others. It is...More

We enjoyed this place. There are lots of interesting houses showing how lots of old handicrafts were created. We were a little disappointed that many of them were closed.

We spent hours exploring the fascinating shops, workshops, and living spaces in this gem of a living museum. Highly recommended, except for those who have difficulty walking. For them, alas, it is quite inaccessible.
