Well managed and has a great selection of aircraft mainly fighter jets. The simulators are cool and I would recommend the trip for all ages.

Not a huge museum but a must see for friends of the Saab jetfighters. Also the Vampire, the Saab military prop trainers, a nice free to try simulator (no motion), an Augusta Bell rescue helicopter with video introduction. It is all housed in one hangar...More

The museum is run entirely by volunteers who clearly love what they are doing. The exhibition features the airplanes that have been stationed a the airbase throughout the years, but also information about the squadrons that were stationed there and even the infirmary. The highlight...More

Nice museum for the royal swedish airforce and the flight regiment F10 which was located here. Several swedish real fighter planes inside. Planes from the 1950 up until today. Also a helicopter and some weapons system.

Although this museum is not very big, if you love planes and history this is a museum you must visit if you are in the neighborhood. Beware though that out of season the museum is only open during the weekend.
