This is such an interesting museum to look round and learn about the history of the oyster farming in Bouzigues. They have a film at the end of the tour which is very good

One of those places which looks nothing from the outside but which tells its story very well. I hadn't expected to be beguiled by the oyster industry and marine life but the museum tells the rich history of the Bassin de Thau to good effect

Four Euros well spent to get a background to the history of Etang de Thau. I spent about an hour in the museum but it would be quite easy to speed through in 15 minutes and get a quick feel for what was on offer....More
