Dedicated to creating the highest quality foods, wines and other products, Mamaku Blue also offer quality gooseberry products, wines, liqueur, sauces, jams, ice cream and chocolates which you can purchase online. Mamaku Blue also offer an insight into NZ rural life through their "Blueberry Experience" farm and pack-house tours. Within each tour you will have the chance to sample their fantastic products, as well as learn about their famous blueberries and the many benefits you can receive from these "little globes of health." HACCP accredited orchard facilities, tasting, and much more. Located just 12 minutes north of the Agrodome, Rotorua, New Zealand. Enjoyed a nice cup of tea with a selection of blueberry or gooseberry muffins. Most enjoyable looking out over the blueberry farm. They had a selection of wines and liqueurs as well as some jams and chutneys with available tastings. Very helpful,staff

Went here and did a wine tasting of blueberry wines and tried the blueberry juice. Juice is expensive but totally worth it. Had to buy a bottle of the wine and juice. We also had some of the blueberry ice cream which was tasty.

They have the loveliest blueberry ( or gooseberry)ice creams made from fresh berries so delicious really recommend stopping, very cute and not far off the highway.

They have a small museum at the second floor of the cafe with a lot of old and interesting collections. Nice to sit in the cafe and eat their famous blueberry muffin! Blueberry pancakes and ice cream are highly recommended as well! Bought a bottle...More
