I did a ramen class and it was great. Joe is very knowledgeable and can answer every question. It was easy to follow the instructions and the different steps to prepare the food. I would definitely recommend this class.

The best sushi in Copenhagen! Unique experience with chef Joe, he is a great teacher, dedicated to details. Chef Joe has fantastic knowledge of Japanese meals and it was a big pleasure to be teached by real professional. I deeply recommend.
