We were introduced to Summerbird Chocolaterie a couple of years ago by a local food lover and their Flodeboller remains on our list of favorites. All the chocolate here is just divine and beautiful to look at too. The packaging makes for such a special...More
Being chocolate lovers we kept on seeing this brand in department store and the foodhalls. We asked our hotel d'angleterre if it was any good and they said yes and that there happened to be a summerbird shop just behind the hotel. We went to...More
We went to Summerbird Chocolaterie on our recent trip to Copenhagen and it was delightful. The shop is small and a little hard to find but definitely worth the time to go. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The chocolate of course was delicious...More
Have become a bit addicted to Summerbird Amber chocolate - dulce de leche flavour and delicious. Staff are very enthusiastic and give you samples of any chocolate to try. The chocolates are expensive but Amber is delicious.

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
