The Copenhagen Culinary Experience Food Tour

Exploring a city’s food scene without a guide can mean you don't get the full story behind the dishes you try. This half-day tour gives you the scoop on both Copenhagen’s hottest and most traditional eating spots, markets, and dishes, providing a well-rounded, yet up-to-the-minute take on its cuisine. Plus, the tastings equate to a light meal, so you don’t need to eat before or after.

a very good variety of high quality food and drink samples explained and presented in a very personal and competent way by local Maria. And of course loads of informations on Copenhagen. Perfect for us!

SO GLAD I did this tour. Went with a GREAT local lady on July 14 2020. Positive and knowledgeable about her city and it's food - great and memorable tour. I can now lecture you on the wonderfulness of Copenhagen's food scene. Meat-packing district a serious highlight. YUM + INTERESTING = happy me.

Really good tour with exiting insights into the 'backyard' of the old slaughter houses with good restaurants. Especially the open sandwiches and the cod ceviche was delicious.

The tour was interesting but certainly not a good value for money. Learned some new things about the traditional cuisines. I do not recommend this tour.

Two friends from London and myself (originally from Denmark but now living in Switzerland) went on this well organised and incredibly interesting and educational (and tasty!) foodtour last week. Our guide, Maria, was knowledgable and approachable. My friends and I all agreed that despite the weather we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I knew this was going to be the perfect tour when we started with one of my favourite Danish sweets. All the food we tasted and places we visited were linked together to historical and current facts about Denmark, the Danes and Danish food.
