The main street of Copenhagen city centre and the place every tourist will visit. You can get souvenirs, food and just get a feel of the city.

Ströget is the Street to walk! with its up and down as it is a tourist trap with all that comes along it! Yet - you have to walk it - all the way from both ends!

Fun place to stroll around. Many of the usual shops mixed in with more interesting individual ones. The ice cream shop was to die for.

La Rambla, exept the climate. Even though I never (so far) get to experience any pickpockets I'm pretty sure here are a few. But as long as you don't flash with cash you should be safe. But then again there are not really anything for...More

Not too much to say about Strøget. A nice street with nice shops, but mostly chain stores. The Illum-stores are worth taking a stroll in, and Cafe Norden has great atmosphere and food

From Louis V to H&M and everything in between...we spent a good deal of time every opportunity walking through here to get to other destinations. I suggest wearing comfortable shoes because it is mostly cobblestone with some smooth patches. Some awesome little restaurants offering everything...More

One of the main shooping street in copehagen.it is one of icons of city. Start from city hall square.very nice walking and shopping with everything from designer to high end to more affordable stores like H&M and New Yorker.

This was not my first visit. I was unpleasantly surprised by the number of empty shops and by the overwhelming majority of non danish brands/stores. Plainer than I remember.

So many shops with so much to buy! Things range from souvenir shops with Copenhagen-branded memorabilia to Zara, H&M to Louis Vuitton. There really is a lot to see & explore here but it’s certainly tourist-focused. I can’t imagine locals would shop here!

Most of the stores on this street are small shops and a couple of department stores. Most close at 6.00pm
