This canal tour is available from in front of the Parliament building. It’s a wonderful way to see the city and hereabouts. On the tour we passed under many low bridges (the boat’s guide watched closely to make sure no one was standing up. I...More
This was a cheap and conveniently located tour, located in the middle of Nyhavn. I actually hadn't planned a tour but I was able to hop on the next session. Tours run every 15 min or so during the day, they go for one hour...More
The 60min Netto boat tour from Nyvahn was a great way to see quite a bit of central Copenhagen for our family of 5. It is also very simple and affordable, and for a city that is great for walking, provided a nice rest.
We decided to go with this canal tour company because of recommendations on Trip Advisor and Rick Steves.
We enjoyed the live commentary which accompanied our leisurely sail through canals of this beautiful city.
We walked the whole city and decided we wanted to see it by boat too. We chose this boat tour because of the affordable price. The tour took an hour and went all over the city with great commentary. We saw parts of Copenhagen we...More
Inexpensive for a tourist outing of this nature and a nice way to see the city. We did this the first night we arrived and it was a great way to get our bearings. The tour guide was only ok though - not particularly knowledgeable...More
Caught from Nyhavn costing 100 DKK per person the boat leaves every 20 minutes with a tour taking an hour. The commentary in English was excellent. The tour on a sunny afternoon was enjoyable. You cover a lot of ground ranging from Christianborg Palace to...More
Friendly guides who were able to converse in Danish, English and German. It was great to see the Little Mermaid, although this this was from the back. This trip was considerably cheaper than the other companies.
Cheapest of the boat tours available at Nyhavn but just as good as the rest I imagine. Really enjoyed the tour, recommend sitting at the back of the boat because then you can stand for photos (after the low bridges!).
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
