this is an unusual underwater statue when we were there in June it was completely submerged and although lit was difficult to see, we ticked it of the things to see in Copenhagen list and moved on I wouldn't advise specifically searching it out, but...More

Visited it in the beginning of February and it was entirely submerged and hardly even visible. Looks just like an unidentified object floating in the water unless you actually know what it is.

We had just bought drinks at the 7/11 and were about to cross over the bridge and head over to Christiania. One of use glanced down and saw this sculpture! We really could not see it well, but these unexpected surprises are delightful and memorable!

This is a very unusual bronze sculpture and depending on the water depth can be seen completely submerged or just peeping above the water. I have never seen anything like this before, it's very unusual. It's located just in front of the Hojbro bridge ,...More

I felt like I was on a hunt after we accidentally stumbled upon this after getting off at a hop on and off boat tour. It was a bit creepy seeing the statues of children in the water without a mention of it anywhere on...More

It's a statue. Underwater. Well signposted, so you can't really call it a hidden gem - but it is worth a quick stop and look. Not on my top 10 places, but it is free. And that's not to be sniffed at in Copenhagen.

Why somebody should bother to put statues beneath the surface of a canal is a complete mystery. Being largely covered by rather dirty water is was very difficult to see what they represented. Its not worth making a special trip to see it.

I was walking by a spot that I had walked past several times and looked down and there was a family under the water in the canal. I don't know why their are statues under the water but it's a little creepy. But interesting. It's...More
