It was designed in the early 1880s by architects Johan Daniel Herholdt (1918-1902) and Carl Lendorf (1839-1918) in a historicist style inspired...More

Attended a reception here, which was so well done. Welcomed in by Hans Christian Anderson Singers, whose performance was delightful. Food not great, but probably all that was paid for.

We visited for a conference reception. The building is worth a visit and the artwork and features of the hall are beautiful and well maintained.

Only saw it from the outside, but still a beautiful building. It was build in 1881-1883 on the same place of the 400 year old city hall. There were originally a tower but it was demolished i 1942. It's open for visits during the weekdays.

Interesting brick palace near the cathedral and in the old part of town. One of the most impressive in town. The interior is not so intersting,

There is a huge lightshow during the Hans Christian Andersen festival on the city hall. This year it was a story about a litlle mermaid. There were also dancers and acrobats and the whole story was a really great experience.
