Pebbles, crystal clear water, deck chair and umbrellas plus 2 iced bottles of water if you pay €8 per day for 2, quiet with just a few others (June), a very reasonable taverna, protected by a small island. Job done.

Very close to the main road between Chora and Aegiali, is a rocky little beach with blue and transparent water. A must in Amorgos!

We checked out all the beaches on Amorgos and found this to be the most desirable. It has small smooth stones and the cleanest water imaginable.

This beach is located between katapola port and aigiali port (closer to aigiali). It has a hotel right above it in case you want to get something to eat/drink or swim at the swimming pool. Another option is to get a boat and go to...More

A very well-known beach in Amorgos, yet not my favourite since it is very rocky, making it uncomfortable to relax when you lay down and hard to get in the sea. There are some sunbeds offered by the hotel Aqua Petra, but they are very...More

I agree with a comment from a previous reviewer: the beach looks better than it is. True, it looks extremely "picture perfect" and you should definitely visit it if you're in the area. But there are some drawbacks as well: the pebbles are not so...More

Great crystal water and amazing view. There is a hotel that you can rent a sun-bed (along with a small bottle of water) for 4€. There is a boat that can get you across to the island

As a beach it is nothing special but is very beautiful and interesting otherwise - viewed from above and also when you are on the beach itself. The high mountain of Amorgos can be seen on one side - with its moon landscape, and a...More

The place could be amazing. The water was blue, the day was sunny, and we had a beautiful landscape in front of us (two small islands) and a tavern just by the seaside. But actually the place was disgusting: there was fuel on the pebble...More
