Many places to eat or get a drink. Book a ride on the river. Lovely tiled buildings surround it. Our hotel was just up the street so we went through it several times.

Porto is absolutely amazing city and this is one of its many attractions. Beautiful views that you can explore by walking, i like we did it, took the boat and have one 1 tour.

The square is surronded by buildings with a beautiful facade of tiles and paint. The buildings all vary in size. The square is filled with hawkers and frozen food restaurants.

Unavoidable as it is the centre of the waterfront Porto side and offers great vies of the bridge. It is busy with beggars and hawkers even in March. God knows what it gets like in the heat of summer.

Porto is a great place to sight see. Additionally, check out the port houses ! Take a boat trip too.

Such a great location, it’s a bit rainy but it’s march so can’t complain. Porto inhabitents are lucky to live in such a great location.

This square gives a great view across the river to the port wine shops on the opposite bank, and has a number of cafes either side, but it can get full of noisy groups of youngsters, especially in the evening.

A taxi to the airport cost us a fixed price of €25 which is pretty cheap. Relying on public transport when catching a flight is always a bit risky. Our concierge booked the taxi for us.
