A must beach to visit when in Cascais. Secluded and quieter than the public beach next door. You are able to rent loungers and a parasol from the bar at this beach run by Anthony and his staff, Marcos and Andre, for 20E. Great people!...More

I was lucky to be on this beach with very few people around. Its a small beach but very beautiful for pictures. Lots of nice cafes and shops near by. good for a small stroll or swim.

It was a small cove but incredibly picturesque with its crystal waters and jagged rock. So beautiful was the beach that the last Queen of Portugal even claimed it as her own and I don't blame her. Our visit was on a day of about...More

We stopped here while in Cascais so that we could wade in the Atlantic for an hour or so on a warm afternoon. The beach is small, being located between to outcroppings of rock. The water was calm, with little surf. The beach was full,...More

Praia da Rainha beach is also called Queens beach after queen Dona Amelia claimed it as hers. The beach is very tiny & very safe for swimming so it’s excellent for families. However it does get crowded which is unfortunate. There are plenty of restaurants...More

The Praia da Rainha is the smallest and probably the most picturesque of the beaches of Cascais being a small cove surrounded by rocks. But due to its size and its location as the most central of the beaches it does suffer from crowds and...More

This is a little sandy beach along the shore between rocky areas that have buildings on them. Looks like it would great place in warm weather. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

This beach is quite easy to get to. A little small though. It was very cloudy when we were there so not the best experience.

It's a small beach and it's right in town, so stop by to see the sea, maybe take a dip. Not busy in November.

Temperature reached 26° the day we went and it was almost like having a private beach! Spent from 11am there, it was so peaceful and clean sand, only got busy with teenagers after 3pm. Walking distance from train station.
