Evora is lovely, but not exactly a destination for young kids. I spent several hours in this park with my toddler whilst my wife was at a conference and the peacocks, and play area kept him entertained well.

If you are in Évora, then go to this place. Really relaxing, nice garden with freely walking peacocks and geese. I went there early in the morning and there were fewer people and nicer temperature than in the afternoon (September). Palácio de Dom Manuel is...More

A very pleasant park by the palace. It has a little pond with geese and a fountain. There are several peacocks and the whole park is part of the medieval walls and includes a children's section with a mini zip line. There is also a...More
