Martand Sun Temple is significant of exemplary Aryan structure, which gives a glimpse into the skill and art of Kashmiri Hindus. Martand Temple was made out of square limestones similar to the Grecian patterned pillars.

From the roadside it looks nothing special and majestic. But once you move in you will find the sculpture on the rocks. Its a good visit for around 10 mins.
