This is the second time that we have tried to visit the famed Tongeren Flea Market and both times the weather has affected our visit. Last year we travelled all the way from Portsmouth to Belgium and there was a blizzard and no outdoor sellers,...More

We thought it was interesting. They may not all be antiques but there were many collectibles. Better than most markets I have been too If in the area on a Sunday you have to at least walk it. There is a city parking lot but...More

Even in the damp weather we came away with some great deals. It is a bit of a drive for us. However the bargains make it well worth the drive. I can purchase many of the same items closer to me, in Germany, but I...More

Surely the biggest market on Sundays. However, if you visit it weekly you see often same unsold items. If you want to find treasures you have to come at 4 am already with your light and joining the many resellers looking for bargains. Most trucks...More

A wet morning so many of the traders either didn’t turn up, went home without unpacking or arrived later. Apparently this doesn’t happen on a dry day. Got a couple of nice items at 6am. The prices seemed really high.

Great antique/flea market, despite weather... such a wide variety of items from WWI & II items to stuffed animals and horse tails, chandeliers, wine bottles, you name it! You may find it—and other things you didn’t know you were looking for! Nice pastime! Decent prices!
