This is a rather low key but solemn monument erected in 1988 in the memory of the Jewish resistance fighters who died in the Second World War. You will see flowers laid down at the monument.

This marble monument is voor the jewish volk and it is placed at the right location as it's used to be the jewish area in the past

This area was the Jewish quarter before WWII so the memorial to commemorate the Jews that died fighting to keep their homes and community, hoping to keep their people safe from harm like the other Dutch communities, is entirely suitable right in this space. It...More

A solemn and respectful memorial dedicated to jewish resistance during WW2. Every year a memorial service is held here commemorating the Kristallnacht of November 8 to 9 in 1938.
