The parks in which this statue is set are very picturesque. Very relaxed and tranquil. Lots of great spaces for a picnic.

The statue although not huge is well maintained and in a lovely small park. It is not in the centre of Maastricht but is certainly in walking distance and also has the bonus of the city wall right behind it.
