Some of the newer tenants really bring this place to life. It does feel spacious and the use of glass, wood and steel make it to a nice place as well.

There are some shops there but not that many. Quite okay for people who wants to do regular and moderate shopping, but not that satisfying for shoppaholic. It has modern architecture, but not special and the upper story is being used for gementee.

As far as we were concerned this was just another indoor shopping centre, with nothing special about it, - good to go to when it is raining. It has a few large shops, with escalators down to the supermarkets on the basement floor.

small mall with a large shop of 'sissy boy' ( Dutch store brand of home and fashion) that is great for browsing with change rooms for convenience.

The building does not fit in with the rest of the city. Occupancy is low, and many stores come and go again quickly.
