This train station is immense and very busy. However, the signage is extremely clear and easy to navigate. The Swiss precision is hard to beat, trains are on time always (our experience) and the Tourist Information office staff at the station are helpful with providing...More

The station is very big with lots of easy access points. The platforms are on multiple levels with shops spread everywhere. There are small and large rental lockers if you need to stow your luggage for a while.

Zurich's main train station is the essence of Swiss excellence. Despite of its vastness and crowd, it is navigable and convenient. Visitors can find everything with ease. The building itself is an architectural gem.

Very efficient, clean run station, with lots of shops and coffee bars. Tickets can either be bought from machines or at the ticket office

Serving Switzerland's largest city, the Zürich Hauptbanhof is a busy place, especially at rush hour. There are ample signs directing you. My only complaint is the price for the toilets is outrageous: 1,50 CHF just to use the pissoire!

I am leaving/arriving at this train station very often. Last time I took the train to Vienna. I live 10 minutes walking away from it. On Sundays I always have a kebab from „Snack Bar“ ( they are very tasty ) by track 18.

Great tourist and information center. Helpful and welcoming staff. Easy to find information, efficient and safe any time of day or night. Nice restaurants inside and around the train station. Great shops underground with amazing bargains!
