We loved using public transit in Zurich. We got the Swiss Pass and found it to be very worth our money. It gave us the ability to take trams, busses, boats and trains. Was great!

We took the day ticket and it is totally worth it, you have trams and buses all the time, they are totally safe. Also this a very cheap way to travel
