Although the exhibit was nice, the guards can be a bit hands-off. I was yelled at today by an employee in the downstairs area for accidentally touching a piece with my foot. I immediately left the museum nearly in tears because of the way he...More

This complex of art and culture buildings, echoes the old medieval cloister which it has replaced. Interesting areas to sit, and grab a nosh or enjoy a cultural event. Worth checking out for the architectural interest.

There were 3 major venues in the museum during my overcast/drizzly day in Lugano. The museum also has great views of the Lake and of the courtyard directly underneath which was having a car show.
