There really isn't much to be said. It's just a jet of water. It's in Lake Geneva, so seeing it is part of the experience of seeing Lake Geneva.
Go right up close and feel the spray, it's amazing. We went on a sunny October day and there was a rainbow across the jet, truly beautiful. It's free and on the lakeside, great way to spend some time admiring the lake.
Been to geneva 4 times and this is the 1st time I have seen the Jet working. It is massive and you can get very close to it as well - A great chance to cool off on a hot day!

The Jet d'Eau can be seen from multiple locations within Geneva and provides a spectacular view. I recommend you walk close to it and enjoy its view.
I don't get the entire objetive of this, but is a quick and fun stop to do before get the boats to cross the lake
