Geneva is a wonderful city, vibrant and exciting. To see the jet on the waterfront is very nostalgic from the early television days of the champions. Make you feel well travelled. !00% recommended , a wonderful place.

Always wonderful to behold - and I travel to Geneva at least once per year and have done over more than 20 years!

The Jet d'eau is a technical marvel and the best thing to admire in Geneva. I will recommend to get as much information as you can on how it was built and how it functions. Geneva's lake is special as it also receives the Rhone...More

The history of the jet is fascinating. Did you know it uses two pumps requiring 1 MW or power? It probably isn't the most environmentally friendly given it's power draw. I was thinking they could update it and pulse the flow instead. Maybe stronger on...More

From most anywhere along the city’s waterfront, the jet d’eau is a friendly beacon. At night it’s lit up to show off the spray and depending on the wind it can blow wildly during the day! Enjoy the mist and walk out to the pier.

It's just a fountain. We were on a cruise and saw all the angles. Nothing extraordinary but since it is a symbol...

The Jet d’eau is iconic to Geneva. You cannot miss seeing this fountain. It is worth the walk up the dock but watch out for the wind. If it turns you will be soaked :)

The harbor is absolutely beautiful. Great views, lots of restaurants, shopping and sites to see in the area. Driving/Parking is a mess, so I would probably would’ve taken the train had I known.

Seen only from a distance and close only at evening this sure makes for an impressive spectacle. Would go closer next time for better view.

It is a really beautiful and peaceful place in Geneva. The Jet d’Eau. I can seat there for few hours just to watch it and enjoy fresh air. Very clean and safe to walk along the lack.
