Me and My husband travelling in Florence, have heard a wonderful classical music performance in an intimate venue as Santa Monaca Church. Soprano and piano have created a professional and special atmosphere with Italian Opera Arias. We will remember this concert! Don't miss it!

Although I enjoyed my evening tonight I was disappointed in that the performance varied a lot from the night before. Tonight's show was half an hour shorter and no interval drinks were provided. There was only one singer, not two. I understand that there will...More

I had a magical evening. The solo pianist was superb, and played three of her own original compositions. The soprano was literally breath-taking (I forgot to breathe at a few points). The venue is small and intimate, and the acoustics in the church are good....More

Visited Santa Monica for an Opera Concert. It was wonderful and the church was a beautiful place for the concert. Very enjoyable.

A printed program of the arias performed as well as the names of the performers would be helpful. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

When we first walked in I was like, this is the opera? There's only two people! Then the opera singer started singing, her voice filled the entire room, her tone and pitch was the most perfect sound I have ever had the opportunity to be...More

It cannot be understated how impressive this opera was. As someone who is not from a musical background, this was unforgettable. The emotion and strength of the singer's was palpable, and the piano accompaniment was strong and supplemented it well.

This is one of the smaller churches in Florence and from the outside its facade is pretty plain and simple. Inside is far more beautiful though.

Superb evening listening to my first "Italian Opera" in this lovely church in the centre of Florence - interval spent looking over the Ponte Vecchio in moonlight.
