We enjoyed being in the middle of so much beautiful history. Unfortunately a rain storm forced us to rush our visit. I would like to go back at some other time of year when it is less hot and crowded.

a beautiful set of buildings that should be visited. We did not go n as thew queues were very long even though we went early in the morning.

Make sure to check out all of the Duomo sites. BUT make reservations well in advance for the dome. It is worth every penny.
