This was my second visit to Alessandra’s kitchen. The class had a relaxed and personalized feel from the moment we met for cappuccino and began discussing the menu. Alessandra treats her guests like family, a most enjoyable day.

The most wonderful food. The best Risotto. Pork medallions. So good. Fabulous fresh food. Dessert was fresh poached pear with chocolate sauce. Shared cooking techniques.
